About Insomnia

Insomnia is characterised by an inability to sleep and/or inability to remain asleep for a reasonable period. Insomniacs typically complain of being unable to close their eyes or “rest their mind” for more than a few minutes at a time. Both organic and non-organic insomnia constitute a sleep disorder. Finding the underlying cause of insomnia is usually necessary to cure it.

From a Mickel Therapy perspective

Although to most people sleep disorders seem to occur ‘for no apparent reason’, there is nothing random about not sleeping well. The Mickel Therapy treatment and tools will allow you to discover the underlying cause for your difficulty sleeping, eradicating the need for your body to send symptoms of insomnia.
