The content in this website and in webinars, online learning and coaching sessions is for informational purposes only, and is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment or advice.
Our commitment to our clients
- All sessions provided by Saul Levitt (the therapist) will last for the specified duration purchased. i.e. a 60 minute session will last 60 minutes.
- All clients must complete a client details form prior to treatment
- Sessions will only be conducted if the therapist deems the sessions safe for the client to receive
- GP/Consultant details must be provided in the client details form. They will only be contacted in an emergency or in non-urgent situations, with the client’s consent.
Inappropriate Behaviour
- The therapist has the right to terminate a session immediately if the client demonstrates inappropriate behaviour
- Payment will be collected for the full session price, provided more than 10 minutes has been spent in the session with the client
- If the therapist is unable to collect money before leaving, an invoice will be sent to the client’s address
- All invoices must be paid within 7 days of issue date
- When commenting online including our online courses, please:
- Be respectful and tolerant of others even if they hold different views
- Avoid using people’s names
- Do not add defamatory content
- Only use acceptable language
- Failure to follow the above commenting policy will lead to either blocking your comments or your removal from an online course without a refund.
Cancellation Policy
- A booking is confirmed once Saul and the client have both agreed a date, time, duration and location for a treatment
- If a cancellation is made more than 48 hours before a treatment, the client will not be charged
- If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the treatment, they will be expected to pay a the full session fee
- This cancellation fee may be waived at Saul’s discretion.
- The cancellation fee must be paid within 7 days of the cancellation
- Saul has the right to cancel a treatment by giving 24 hours notice
- Saul has the right to cancel a treatment without notice if the room or environment is unsuitable for the treatment to be provided, or if the therapist is taken ill
- Saul has the right to cancel a treatment without notice if the client is intoxicated or inebriated
- Saul commits to rearranging treatments to a new time and date within two weeks of the cancelled treatment where possible
Feedback Forms
- Feedback forms will be sent to clients at Saul’s discretion
- Content may be used in publicity material and on the website, with the permission of the client
Website Content
- Website content will be authorised and managed at Saul’s discretion, including testimonials
- Photographs will only be displayed with the consent of the people in the photograph
- Photograph consent may be obtained by Saul verbally, or in writing
Payment & Refunds
- Payment should be made in advance of sessions
- Saul accepts payment in cash, by cheque, bank transfer or through Paypal. Payment can be made by credit or debit card for face-to-face clients
- Invoices will be sent to clients who do not pay for, or who cancel, sessions
- Invoices must be paid within 7 days of the issue date
- I am unable to offer refunds for individual sessions or block booked sessions even if some or all sessions have not been used
- Block booked sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase or they will no longer be valid
Privacy
- Client sessions details will not be discussed with anyone other than the client apart from the therapists supervisor or unless the client is under the age of 18 or has a care worker or guardian
- Client details forms and treatment notes will be kept on file, securely by Saul
- All clients must complete a client details form prior to receiving sessions with Saul
- By signing or filling out on computer and returning the client details form, clients are giving Saul permission to hold records and data about them
- Personal information will not be shared with any third parties
Young Clients
- Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult or an adult present for the start and end of the session
- The adult must give permission for the session to go ahead
- The adult must co-sign the client’s details form
Complaints Procedure
- If a client wishes to make a complaint about Saul, this must be emailed info@intuitivehealth.co.uk
- Complaints must include the date and location of the event, the full name of the complainant, details of the complaint and a desired outcome following the complaint
- All complaints will be taken very seriously and a response will be provided within 28 days
Insurance and Ethics
- Saul was a registered Mickel Therapist from 2006 to March 2020
- Saul now practice as a Health Recovery Therapy
- Saul ensures records are kept Confidential
- Saul is fully insured by Westminster Indemnity
