So what's all this talk about laughter? Quite simply, laughter is good for you. In our Mickel Therapy work, we've studied the effect on negative e-motions which lead to cell dysfunction and in some cases physical symptoms. On the other hand positive e-motions enhance cell function & provide a range of benefits...plus laughing is just plain old good fun.

Laughter Services
Laughter can be used in a wide range of ways depending on your aims & preferred level of sillyness. Below are some suggestions:
Team building sessions
Working with kids
Sessions for the elderly
Work in hospitals or for those with health problems
What Are Laughter Workouts?
Sessions usually run for an hour or less & are led by a facilitator. The aim is to learn to laugh just because it feels good. There are no jokes but lots of interaction & silliness. As eye contact makes laughter infectious, this is encouraged! Don't worry if you don't know anyone in the group. We ease into sessions to allow people to get more comfortable. Just come along with a willingness to laugh!![]()
